TAKE THE PLEDGE

By signing this pledge, you're committing to fighting for equal pay for all women. We need to take action to close the gender pay gap. We need to ensure that all women are paid fairly for their work. This is important for all women, but it is especially important for women of color.

Equal Pay Days are important in raising awareness about the gender pay gap and celebrating the progress that has been made in closing the gap. However, there is still much work to be done. Together, we can create a world where all women are paid fairly for their work.

There are many things you can do to help spread the word and be a part of the movement.
